Sometimes the sharpest thing in the room is a question that refuses to be polished.
In zazen, sitting meditation, the breath is not a problem to solve. It is only the place where thinking meets its own edge. If a question arises, does it have to become a project? Can it simply sit, like a leaf in a gutter, without being carried into a theory?
I am curious where a question can stay alive without becoming a test. Can we hold the teachings of the Buddha as a map without turning every moment into an audit? Can a practice keep its openness when we stop checking whether it is working?
I would like replies from those who find questions helpful, troubling, or better left unsaid. What happens in the body when a question is not answered?
